Audio System

This step we will be wiring the audio amp and potentiometer for volume control. This is for mono audio, steps for stereo will be similar with a dual channel potentiometer and an extra wire from the aux back here.

Audio Wiring Diagram

Extending Left Speaker

The wire for the left speaker (right if looking at back of console) is too short to reach the amp so you need to extend it slightly.
Cut: 145mm

Audio Amp Wiring

Solder power to amp, connected to the BMS same as Pi power in previous step.
Cut: 43mm

Wire up the potentiometer, using the green wire you soldered to the aux in previous step. Cut 2 wires to go back to the amp:

• Black: 145mm
• Blue: 145mm

Solder ground wires (combining aux and pot) and audio input from pot (blue).

Solder both speaker wires to output.

Tape down the audio amp.
